Fresh figs are the best….But on the Adriatic coast the season is only from late June until early September, and the rest of the year we enjoy dried figs, if you are a super fig lover then that is on a  daily basis. If you have a chance to find in your food market fresh figs, please try this amazing and simple combination for your breakfast ( otherwise you can always replace them with dried ones)  —> Toasted sourdough bread coated with goat cheese and extra virgin olive oil —> @figura
Sliced ​​fresh figs, a little honey pour it over (or agave syrup), fresh thyme et voilà. Fresh thyme gives an amazing flavour much like a very mild lemon.

I think If only I would need to stay with bread, olive oil, some cheese and figs for the rest of my life I’d be happy.
